Here is the latest:
JB has now relocated to WONDERFUL Lakeort. This was an abrupt relocation that I had 1 day notice to accomplish. Appereantly JB was extra wieght that wasn’t working out too well under the current environment. For those who need additional info see the link below to send me an email. There will also be a post with additional information on where current matters stand with JB and the basswake.net site.
As far as updates to the site there are no visable changes, however alot of work is going on under the hood on the server. The latest is geard towards virtual hosts on linux. This will enable multiple operating systems to run one one piece of hardware. This will allow setting up multiple servers for specific purposes such as dedicated mail. file or web servers or whatever the specific general server need is at the time. There is still much work that needs to be done with the content in the site itself. This will becoming a main focus now that there will be an abundance of time to work on this specific task.
I am currently one of the folks in this new Great Deppression time who is desparately seeking employment. Now that I am relocated on Lakeport it will be extreamely difficult to find anything even close work wise that will allow for me to use even a fraction of my technical expertise. At this point the possibility for getting back in on a gig that I’m good at is looking extreamly bleak If you have anyone that could use even a fraction of my talents, please send them my way *Pleeeeeeeease!!!!*.

- Work on Virtual Sever Hosting (KVM/XEN)
- basswake.net contents updates
- Find/Create mp3 database, search & build page tool
- Find streaming audio player for music files (Done in Discussion/Blog Area)
- Scan in and update Photo’s with past pics film archive
- Update Karaoke Section and Tools
