This is just an ideas page that I’m putting together for a loose logistics planning for the 2025 Run Undead Ultra Trail Event. So far the pieces that are in place are flight, race registration, AirBnB and car rental.
So here are the logistical parts that I can think of that may/most likely/will happen along with any related info. As of the time I put this together the crew is Blythe, Diane, Megan, myself and Tony. Some items are specific to my activities before the event timeline.

- Bay Bridge +TI 10+ mile meetup

- final pack for trip
- OTB: 7pm

- Monday 12/29
- morning:
- 2:30am wakey wakey
- 3am to 3:30am drive to OAK EcoParking
- 3:30a to 4am EcoParking to gate and OAKlaps 🙂
- 4:30ish board flight
- afternoon / evening
- 2:20p arrive BHM
- get luggage
- get vehicle
- food stop and/or store stop (if needed)
- AirBnb arrival
- unpack
- dinner and/or exploration (Saw’s BBQ?)
- prep for Tues
- morning:
- Tuesday 12/30
- morning
- breakfast (Waffle House?)
- exploration
- shop for any additional gear needed
- Pop up?
- check out race location
- setup any site related gear
- dinner (Saw’s BBQ (x2?) or Hero’s)
- prep for NYE 8am start
- morning
- Wednesday 12/31
- morning
- pack any and all gear needed for event
- head to event
- prep for 8am start time
- 8am: Let the event fun begin!
